I found this post by searching for 「半身半立ち」 in Chinese which is 「半立跪姿」. Here Doshu is going step-by-step to do this.

Next, Doshu offers a hand, and as it is grabbed he turns it palm up to take Uke off balance a little bit.

He slides very deep forward and then as Uke is off-balance he pulls his knees together and tenkans to complete the throw.
