Uke attacks with shomenuchi to the head. Nage enters to the inside (not outside) with atemi and slides the leading hand down the forearm of Uke and rotates Uke‘s arm across his front (as in the second variation of iriminage). Nage then secures the hand holding the knife with both hands and continues the rotation making sure the knife points and moves towards Uke‘s face. Uke is compelled to move backwards and the throw is completed on the mat with Uke on his back with the knife pointing at his face/head/neck.
