I can’t publish the photos, but I can say that 15 ~ 20 years ago a shihan demonstrated why it is not a good idea for Tori to lock Uke‘s arm to his thigh as he tenkans. That answers my question of how come Hombu shihans don’t lock Uke to themselves then they rotate, but just hold at the neck and cut at the arm.
