Ushiro Ryokatadori Kokyuho Tenkan

It definitely needs a final tenkan before the kokyuho. Without a final tenkan, Uke is still facing Tori and can just let go. With the final tenkan Tori ends up doing kokyuho like katatedori kokyuho.
