Here is what we practiced on Wednesday by Kobayashi Hiroaki. I would like to practice a lot before Hiroaki actually comes to Calgary just in case this is what he shows us at the seminar.
22-no-jo partner practice starts at [0:39].

1) Kaeshi tsuki followed by jodan block
2) Kaeshi tsuki followed by jodan block
3) Jodan gaeshi strike to the head
4) Gyaku yokemen strike to the head
5) Ushiro tsuki
6) Flip and tsuki
7) Jodan gaeshi strike to the head
8) Gyaku yokomen strike to the head
9) Push tsuki to the head
10) Pivot 180 degrees, ushiro jodan gaeshi strike
11) Push tsuki to the chest
12) Flip and tsuki to the abdomen
13) Draw back and jodan gaeshi strike to the head
14) + 15) Quickly draw back to gedan (left side) then thrust with tsuki to the chest twice for counts #14 and #15
16) Tsuki to the abdomen
17) Jodan gaeshi strike to the head, followed by drop down on left knee with jo in gedan position
18) Gedan barai strike to the knee
19) Tsuki to the knee
20) Flip and tsuki to the abdomen
21) Step back (right leg) and tsuki
22) Flip and tsuki to the abdomen
