Uke attacks with katatedori grab to the wrist. Nage responds with a temporary arm bar by placing the free hand blade (little finger) behind Uke’s grabbing hand while pushing his grasped forearm against Uke’s fingers. Uke is temporarily off-balance. Nage then rotates his grabbed hand in a circle to the outside and switches hands to perform the Nikyo pin.
